About Jenny Dearborn

Recognized as one of the “Top 50 most powerful Women in Tech,” Jenny Dearborn is the CEO of Actionable Analytics Group, an advisory firm supporting organizations that transform their workforce through data and analytics. Dearborn, former EVP of HR at SAP — where she oversaw 95,000 employees worldwide — is an authority on applying data analytics to human resources, as well as workforce learning and development.

Our CEO, Taro Fukuyama, is also thrilled about Dearborn’s arrival to Fond’s advisory board:

“Jenny’s expertise in human capital management services and insight into the changing landscape of the global rewards and recognition market will be a highly valuable addition to our team. We are thrilled that she is joining the advisory board and look forward to her guidance as Fond continues to emerge as a leader in the global rewards and recognition space.”

Over 25 Years of Experience

Dearborn brings more than 25 years of experience in data analytics and enterprise performance management to Fond’s board. She states:

“Fond is revitalizing the way employees are recognized and rewarded, which is crucial in creating a culture people want to be a part of. An engaged workforce contributes to a better bottom line. It empowers employees, raises morale, and engenders a level of performance for all to emulate. Recognizing employees or teams that do great work is an important reminder that they work in a meritocracy that celebrates success.”

Before launching Actionable Analytics Group in 2019, Dearborn was the Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Global Head of Talent, Leadership, Organizational Effectiveness & Learning at SAP, where she was responsible for the learning, development, talent management, and organizational development of employees worldwide. She has received national acclaim for her insight on the effect of big data on learning and development as the author of two best-selling business books: The Data Driven Leader: A Powerful Approach to Delivering Measurable Business Impact Through People Analytics and Data Driven: How Performance Analytics Delivers Extraordinary Sales Results.
