When Sunny and I started Fond almost 11 years ago, we set out on a mission to help companies build places where employees love to work. I’m proud to have built a company full of great people who I get to call my co-workers, and be able to serve over 200 customers.
Now I am excited to announce that Fond’s next chapter will be joining Reward Gateway!
Together, we will combine efforts and join Reward Gateway’s global mission to make the world a better place to work. As a leading employee engagement vendor in Europe and in Australia, with resources all over the globe, Reward Gateway will allow us to scale our services and extend enhanced global capabilities to our customers.
What happens next?
If you’re an existing customer, there will be no immediate changes in your current service and product offering. Your Customer Success Manager will remain the same for now, along with the rest of your experience.
As we move forward with Reward Gateway, we’ll be putting our heads together to consider how we can deliver the best employee engagement offering to you and your team. We would love to invite you to share your feedback and suggestions with us in the process, so please communicate any and all thoughts to your CSM.
