Why can’t I create an account for myself?

If your company uses Fond and you’re trying to sign yourself up for an account, you might be receiving an error message. This is most likely because your company has enabled a feature that requires you to receive an invite to Fond in order for your account to be created.

Please reach out to your HR representative or whomever is the admin of your company’s Fond account to request an invite.

If you’re not sure who the admin is, please contact us at support@fond.co.

Once you receive the invitation email, click on a link in it to activate your Fond account.
