Where can I find and download reports?

Admins now have a consolidated place to review and download all the reports that Fond has to offer! Reports are grouped together by type so you can view engagement reports, rewards reports, and perks reports in a more accessible and organized view.

To view and download these reports, select Admin from the dropdown menu in the top right corner of the screen. Select the Performance tab at the top and click Reports at the bottom of the sidebar on the left.

Here, you’ll see a list of reports Fond provides. Click Details to view additional information about what these reports entail.

Click Export to download the CSV file of your report.

Note: Companies that have only enabled Fond Perks will see the Engagement Reports and Perks Reports sections. They will not be able to view Rewards Reports.
