How do I exchange a purchase?

If you purchased a physical item and would like to exchange it for a different one, email support@fond.co. Our Customer Success team will send you instructions on how to return the item you currently have.

Since most of the items featured in Fond’s catalog are priced differently, we can not exchange one item for another. However, once we receive the returned item, Fond will initiate a refund to you for the full amount. In the meantime, we’ll process the new order and ship it to you via UPS.
