If you reset your password but the link sent to your email isn’t working, it’s likely because this link is time-sensitive. If you do not try to access the link within two hours of receiving the email, it will expire.

To get a new link, submit another request to reset your password.

Please make sure to check your spam folder if you request to reset your password and do not receive an immediate response from Fond.
