I forgot my password. How do I request a new one?
For a quick overview on how to login to Fond, watch this short video.
If your company does not use Single Sign-On (SSO), simply click the Forgot your password? button on the login page. You will immediately receive an email to reset your password.
Please note the reset password link in our email is time-sensitive, so be sure to click the link within two hours of receiving the email. Otherwise, the link will expire and you will need to request a new one. If you do not receive an immediate email from Fond when resetting your password, check your spam folder.
