How do I enable recognition without points in Fond?

Allowing your employees/non-managers to send recognition without points as part of your Peer Recognition recognition program is easy. First, log into your admin account and navigate to Admin.

Select the Manage Rewards tab.

Select Peer Recognition in the sidebar.

Click Edit next to Program Details. This will is open a page from the right side where you can conduct modifications to your Peer Recognition recognition program.

Notice the toggle allowing you to enable or disable the ability for peers to send recognition without points.

Toggle Yes and click Continue.

You are then directed to a final page to review the details of your changes, and to confirm that the ability for peers to recognize without points will go into effect immediately. Click Continue to proceed.

You will then be directed back to original Peer-to-Peer page, where you’ll see a confirmation banner and updated details below.
