How do I return a purchase?

Certain physical merchandise (not e-tickets or hard copy tickets) purchased through Fond can be returned. You can return an item within 30 days of when you received it, and you must also return the item with its packaging.

Fond will pay for return shipping fees if you have received the wrong item, or the item is damaged upon delivery. Fond will not cover shipping fees for other circumstances (buyer’s remorse, user error, etc.).

Reach out to support@fond.co for more information on returns. If you’d like to return a specific item, please include your order number. Our customer success team will respond within 1-2 business days with specific return instructions.
