How do I redeem a perk?

There are a few ways you can redeem a Perk on Fond. Some Perks are set up with special URLs, some require discount codes, and some navigate you to the Perk’s website where you can redeem your corporate discount. In this help article, we’ll review all three.

How to Find a Perk

To redeem a perk, log in to your account and click the Catalog tab at the top of the screen.

You will be taken to the Fond catalog. Here, you will see your perks options separated by category. The two perks categories are Discounts and Exclusive Discounts. The Discounts category shows perks available to all Fond customers, and the Exclusive Discounts category shows perks only available to your company.

To search for a specific perk, use the search bar on the left. You can also shop by sub-categories by clicking any of the options in the left sidebar.

To learn more about a perk and redeem, click on the perk’s tile. This will take you to the perk’s page on Fond.

How to Redeem a Perk on Another Website

Once you’ve found a perk you would like to redeem, click on its tile in Fond, then click the Get Discount button.

This will open a new tab and direct you to the perk’s website.

Here, you’ll see the Fond logo up at the top. This means the website has automatically detected that you are a Fond member and your discount is already applied.

Depending on the perk, you may have to login with your existing credentials to make a purchase. The products on the site will be listed with their discounted price automatically and show how much you save.

From there, you can redeem your perk by adding items to your cart and checking out.

How to Redeem a Perk In-Person

Click on the perk’s tile.

This will take you to perk’s page on Fond. Click the Get Discount button.

This will open a new tab and direct you to a new page.

On this new page, you’ll see a coupon. Print the coupon out and visit a location in-person to redeem.

Note: Other perks might require you to bring a pay stub, business card, or badge from work to verify your employment and that your employer is a Fond member.

How to Redeem a Perk with a Promo Code

Click on the perk’s tile. This will take you to perk’s page on Fond.

Click the Get Discount button.

You’ll be directed to the instructions section, which provides steps to redeem this perk. These perks require you to input a coupon code on the perk’s website.

Click the URL to navigate to the perk’s website. Enter the coupon code shown on the Perk page to redeem your perk during checkout.
