How do I redeem a gift card?

After you have logged in to Fond, you can redeem a gift card on the Use Your Points page. Hover over Categories in the top right of the page to get to the Use Your Points page, or scroll down and find the section that says Use Your Points and select See More.
Scroll down and locate the e-gift card you would like to purchase. Click on the gift card you want. This will take you to the gift card’s page on Fond.
Use the dropdown menu on the right to choose how many gift cards you would like to redeem.
Use the dropdown menu on the left to determine the dollar amount for each gift card.
Once you have selected your gift card, click Add to Cart.
You will navigate to the checkout page. Verify that the information on this page is correct.
To finalize your gift card redemption, click Place Your Order.
Once you receive your email containing your gift card, click on the Redemption URL link to redeem. Every purchase has its own Redemption URL, so each gift card will have an individual link.
Troubleshooting Redemption Issues
Your e-gift card(s) will be delivered to you via the email address you used to sign up with Fond.
If you have redeemed more than one e-gift card at a time, you will receive multiple emails containing one gift card each.
If you receive what appears to be only one email from Fond with an e-gift card, try expanding the email thread to view your other gift cards, as shown below.
If you are still having trouble finding your e-gift cards in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder just in case.
