How do I add a credit card and purchase rewards points?
Setting up your credit card enables you to purchase Rewards points on your schedule and receive those points instantly. Follow these steps to get started:
Once you have logged into Fond, hover over your name in the upper right corner of the screen and select Admin from the dropdown menu. Select the Manage Rewards tab and then Buy Rewards Points from the menu on the left. Click Add Card. You’ll see a form appear on the right.
Fill in the fields with the information relevant to your credit card, and then click Continue at the bottom of the form.
You will then be redirected to the Buy Rewards Points page with a banner saying your account has been added and receive a confirmation email in your inbox. You can now buy Rewards points directly through Fond by clicking Buy Points in the right corner of the Buy Rewards Points page.
Enter the dollar amount of points you want to purchase. The Notes section is optional, but can be used to specify the reason you purchase Rewards points (ex. “For Work Anniversaries and Birthdays”). Additionally, you should see an email in your inbox containing an 8-digit code to verify the transaction.
These points will be automatically added to your Company Reserve for you to begin using immediately. The payment itself also processes immediately. You will receive a confirmation email in your inbox once the transaction has been successfully completed. You will also be able to view your payment history under the History section on the Buy Rewards Points page.
