How can I see if a recognition was sent?

To see if a recognition was sent, review your Recognition History report. First, go to your Admin panel and click on Performance. Then select on Rewards Activity.

Scroll down to the Recognition History report. This report will show any and all recognitions given by anyone and will reflect immediately. Click Export Data to view a more in-depth version of this report.
