How to Claim a Claimable Reward

Claimable Rewards is a feature that encourages employees to complete desired company tasks or activities in exchange for reward points.

Below are user instructions on how to claim a Claimable Reward.

How to Claim a Claimable Reward

1. To claim a claimable reward, log in to your Fond account and click on the “Claimable Rewards” tab at the top of the screen.
   
2. Click on the Claimable Rewards that you want to claim.
   
   
3. Add a note about the claimable reward, if required.
   
4. Upload an image for the claimable reward, if required.
   
   
5. Once complete, click the “Claim Points” button.
6. If the Claimable Reward does not require admin approval, you will see a “You have successfully claimed “{Reward Name}”! {X} pts have been added to your redemption wallet.” message and a “Claimed” label on the Claimable Reward.
   
   If the Claimable Reward requires admin approval, you will see a “Your claim has been submitted for review.” message and a “Pending Approval” label on the Claimable Reward.
