How long will it take to receive my item?

If you ordered movie e-tickets, these tickets are sent out immediately. Note that these tickets will be sent via email, so be sure to search in your inbox and spam folder for an email sent from “noreply@fond.co”.

Physical items redeemed on Fond are shipped via UPS. You will receive a UPS tracking number once the item has shipped. Please allow 2-3 days after purchase for the item to ship.
